Classic Reactome is online!

If you would prefer to use our old website, the classic Reactome home page, displaying the reactionmap (or “starry sky”) is still available. The old website is still functional but will no longer being maintained, and will become progressively more out of date. We recommend that you use the new Reactome homepage.

Reactome “skypainter” pathway analysis tool is still available!

Recently, Reactome released a new website and an updated suite of data analysis tools. Many users of our pathway analysis tools have asked if we will continue to support the skypainter analysis tool. The skypainter tool is available at http://www.reactome.org/cgi-bin/skypainter2. We are also working on resurrecting the classic Reactome website. The reactionmap (or “starry sky”) and [...]
